Head - Internal Audit - FinTech - CA

Job Role :

- Managing Process involved, regulators of RBI,

- Drive internal audit strategy across finance, operations, compliance, system etc

- Ensuring and Managing compliance process, operations, collections credit, nbfc's risk, internal auditor deviation of process and track this on judgement.

- Managing internal control practices, ifc audits, capital, vendor management , team management.

- Well-versed in understanding of credit risk (part for the course, potential indicators of fraud, managing escalation and presenting reports to the management and board member, regular coordination with operations and finance teams. General personality to be an influencer. Managing Operations, internal auditor in NBFC's

- Managing audit tech (check tech platform, check the loan approval mechanisms,

- Coordinate with external stakeholders (such as external auditors and regulator) as required

- Managing IS auditor and work with the risk team.

- Generating reports for RBi, follow up and closing audit committee minutes.

- Managing NBFC's and vigilance from bank's.

- Regular in touch with operational risk teams in private sector banks and NBFC

Requirements :

- Internal Audit experience at a senior level with NBFC, Fintech and Financial Services

- Ability to grasp both strategic and operational nuances of senior management's vision

- Understanding of technology and systems in the financial services sector

- Ability to manage stakeholders without in any way compromising integrity of the audit function

- Excellent grasp of finance and accounts

Qualifications:

- CA with 10 - 16 years of work experience in similar role with a NBFC & Fintech
