Key Responsibilities:

- Process Audit: Develop internal audit plans and conduct risk based audits & fraud investigations; perform process audits or evaluations in specific risk are as at company level to identify process weaknesses, inefficiencies, operational issues and frauds. Assess risks by identifying areas of non-compliance.

- Measurement and Monitoring: Review & measure the efficacy of audit reports; Ensure reliability and integrity of information provided to various stakeholders is not compromised, implement tracking mechanisms to assess and monitor process improvement initiatives for the organization & preparing presentations for discussion in audit committee meetings;.

- Internal Control System and DOA: Ensure organizational policies and procedures are adequately complied with; Ensure adequate system of internal control, risk management and corporate governance exist within the organization; Setup Delegation of Power(DOP)processes;

- Risk & Compliance :Implementing and setting up the Risk & Compliance framework at Company level basis the Group Policies.

- Functional Expertise: Must have strong knowledge in the areas of process maturity and efficiency, internal audits and setting up of Internal Controls and delegation of powers; possesses strong knowledge of statutory and legal compliance.

- Process Orientation: create, implement, standardizes and monitor optimum work processes; document and share relevant information and work practices in order to drive best practices implementation

- Analytical Ability: Simplifies complex situations in a systematic, logical manner by identifying issues, making comparisons, setting priorities, and assessing implications.

- Planning and Execution: creates effective action plans that will lead to expected outcome; organizes and utilizes resources required; executes actions with precision and deploys contingency plans where necessary to ensure that the end outcome is not compromised
