JOB Location - Near Vapi ( Listed & Turnover Approx 7000CR)

Designation- Head- Internal Audit

Experience- CA with min 20 Year of Experience

Salary - Salary not at all constraint for right candidate

CA must Cleared All groups in 1st or 2nd Attempt ( No educational Gap Required )

Basic Responsibility :

1 Carry out initial due diligence reviews for mergers, acquisitions, JVs, etc. as required

2 Conduct various transaction and process reviews to identify details of lapses and gaps in compliance

3 Track and monitor preparation and implementation of action plans for ensuring controls

4 Measure and monitor the performance of legal and statutory compliance through audit reviews on the quality, completeness, adequacy and timeliness of actions

5 Conduct legal compliance audit to highlight areas of non-compliance.

6 Follow up on actions taken on non-compliance

7 Ensure complete and accurate documentation of all internal audit findings

8 Prepare the audit plan for the year based on insights about existing control weaknesses and requirements on coverage of various business processes.

9 Conduct special assignments/investigations in the Compnay group at the request of the President finance, MD and/or audit committee
