Head - Internal Audit - CA

Job Description:

- CA with Post Qualification 12 Years + Experience in BIG4 or Industry.

- This role is to lead the internal audit team of 20 FTE for a UK Plc listed company.

- To lead the group internal audit team to achieve their vision of being considered a world class global, flexible and value-add function that management pro-actively turn to for advice.

- Prepare and execute a risk based internal audit plan across the organization

- Ensure effective management of operational, compliance and financial internal audits performed throughout the organization

Skills Required:

- Qualified accountant or auditor with relevant experience, strong technical audit skills, excellent project management.

- Strong track record in leading a team.

- Willing to travel within India and overseas for 50-60% of the time
