Job title: Internal audit Head

Location: Gurgaon (Haryana)

Experience : Min. 5 years of related experience and should be in a leadership role handling clients

Key responsibilities :

1. Leading internal audit assignments of Indian clients for key business process covering Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Quality Control, HR and Payroll and Inventory Management

2. Development of Internal Financial Controls Framework (IFC)- Testing of Internal Financial Controls Framework (IFC) for key business processes covering Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Quality Control and Inventory Management

3. Compliance review like compliance to GST Act, PT Act, and other labor laws like Shops and Establishment Act, CLRA Act, Payment of Bonus Act, Payment of Wages Act, etc.

4. Human Resource and Payroll audit

5. Procurement audit

6. Based on identified existing and potential inherent business risks and control risks, suggest various corrective measures and undertake follow up reviews to monitor the action taken

7. Undertake research on new audit techniques on a regular basis and ensure that findings are assessed and presented for information / awareness purposes as well as possible implementation
