Head - Interior Design - Luxury Real Estate

We are looking for an artful Interior designer to undertake a variety of space designing project. You will deal with design from conceptual development and liaising with the stakeholders to managing and executing the design.

- An accomplished Interior Designer who has experience working and/or collaborating with some of the leading design and architecture firms.

- Experience of handling global key accounts is desirable

- Adept in timely co-ordination and stakeholder management

- Prior experience in the luxury sector preferably with hospitality or real estate.

- A passionate creator, who believes in ownership of work.

- Research and decide on materials and products sourcing

- Supervise work progress

- Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors

- Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practises

- Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)

- Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.

Looking for:

- Experience of 10-15 years

- Alumni of leading design schools - degree in Interior Design or similar

- Strong track record - Excellent portfolio of previous works

- Possess creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality

- Ability to work in a start-up environment.

- Creative talent, imagination and eye for design

- Communication and presentation skills

- Project management skills
