Head - Interior Design - Luxury Real Estate

- An accomplished Interior Designer who has experience working and/or collaborating with some of the leading design and architecture firms. (in real estate sector)

- Experience of handling global key accounts desirable

- Adept in timely co-ordination and stakeholder management

- Prior experience in the luxury real estate sector is preferable or hospitality

- A passionate creator, who believes in ownership of work.

- Research and decide on materials and products sourcing

- Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors

- Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practises

- Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)

- Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.

Looking for

- B.Arch. / M.Arch. from leading institutes with relevant experience of 10-15 years

- Strong track record - Excellent portfolio of previous works

- Possess creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality

- Excellent presentation and communication skills

- Stakeholder management

- Creative talent, imagination and eye for design
