Head of insurance delivery - Leading MNC - Chennai

Requirement:-

11+ yrs of good exp in operational management along with life insurance domain.

Delivering process improvements and transformation, including offshoring of complex processes.

First-hand experience of RPA

Complex process background, preferably including accounting / financial processes. Life & pensions or MLTS sector experience highly desirable, though not essential.

Ability to manage both service delivery and change / transformation roles.

Ability to work in matrix / dotted line structure.

Personal flexibility and willingness to travel at short notice.
