Head of Insurance Analytics (P&C Domain) - Large MNC Captive

About Our Client

Our client is a large MNC Insurance firm with significant growth plans for the India region, our client is embarking on the next stage of the development of their Global Shared Service Centres based out of Kerala. As part of growth of their captive centre, they are looking for a Head of Analytics to create and lead the team based out of India supporting global geographies in Property and Casualty Analytics including predictive modeling, pricing and risk.

Job Description

- Reporting into Site Head, you will set-up and drive the Analytics practice to deliver on engagements across property and casualty insurance domain in a global environment. You would be responsible for growing the function and build up the team to deliver high quality analytics services to onshore clients. You would also partner with global teams, develop and maintain strong relationships, identifying new opportunities to apply analytics to and selling the service to stakeholders in the business.

The Successful Applicant

- You should hold a Master's degree with minimum of 12 years of relevant experience working with a MNC Financial Institution/ consulting firm in insurance analytics.

- Experience of Analytics in P&C Insurance domain is a must for this role.

- Strong understanding of analytics tools like SAS, SQL etc. and different platforms in insurance domain.

- Proven track record of managing international stakeholders in a leadership role.

- Ability to lead and grow large teams and proven track record of leading business.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
