About our Client - Our client is a leading pharmaceutical MNC with presence across multiple countries and therapies. They are looking to hire a Head of Institutional Sales for their Diabetes & Cardiovascular product portfolio.

Job Description - This is a newly carved out role with an MNC which will report into the Managing Director.

- Lead the government & tender business

- Customers segment :

- All institutions barring corporate accounts.

- Therapy segments cover diabetes & cardiovascular

Reportees : 15 including 2 managers

Location : Mumbai

The Successful Candidate - Work experience of 10-15 years

- Prior people management experience will be an advantage

- Excellent communication & presentation skills

- Experience in handling one or more of the following therapies :

- Cardiovascular, Diabetes, Critical care
