Desired Profile :
The role will be required to understand the customer demands, plan towards meeting those demands, and generate sales as a result.
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Ensure strong relationship management with key corporates and deployment of targeted initiatives for a healthy business growth.
- Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts and reach the company's sales target.
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to remain a client-account manager relationship by up-selling and crossselling
- Manage and resolve issues or any conflicts with clients related to business relationship
- Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account
- Establish budgets with the client and company & work towards meeting the time deadlines for accounts
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis and lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
