This role will be responsible for working to support aggressive growth ambitions and to generate a robust pipeline with leading corporate and Institutions. The candidate will eventually be responsible to build and manage a team as scale across India. The candidate will also be involved in the capital raising initiatives of the company. The role would require Multi-disciplinary Skills. The Candidate must excel in Relationship Management.
- Map prospective Corporate and Institutional accounts.
- Develop and support sales opportunities that lead to pitches, engagement, relationship building & growth that convert to revenues.
- Be a Brand Ambassador
- Collaborate with the sales & marketing team to develop marketing collateral and messaging.
- Strategize with the sales team to improve sales processes.
- Ensure operational excellence in the day-to-day management of business including forecasting, pipeline development, training, hiring, and performance management.
- Manage senior level conversations with Corporate and Institution Heads and other business leaders.
- Be a creative thinker who looks outside of the box to find practical solutions to meet growing sales targets.
- Maintain a high level of awareness of the company offerings while staying current in understanding of the competition and Industry trends.
