Education :  Graduate with Professional Qualification - MBA.  - Strong planning, conceptualizing and analytical skills.  - 15 years of experience in sales, marketing and business management   - International exposure at managing businesses.  To build and deploy business processes across the country group (portfolio management committee, vector control stakeholder management, S&OP, business planning, knowledge management and sales excellence, people development) and ensure alignment with regional / global Processes.  - As a member of the ES APAC leadership team, actively contributes to the steering of operations and the strategic direction of the region.  - As ES is hosted in numerous legal entities around the world ensure close collaboration,transparency and freedom to operate to the ES APAC teams.  - Define the strategic direction, lead implementation of the strategy and deliver the business objectives of the Country group within the broader -   Focused growth strategy- of Environmental Science Region EMEA-APAC.  - Effectively lead, manage and develop a diverse and international team within the values and leadership principles of Bayer.  - Full P&L and business planning responsibility for the country group, which comprises up to 7 different countries.  - To ensure that all Marketing, Sales, Innovation, SC/IOP and Financial short and long-term business objectives are met in the Country Group.
