Head - Institutional Equity Sales - BFSI (20-30 yrs)

Client : offers a suite of financial services including brokering of futures, Investment Banking, Merchant Banking, Institutional and Equity Research, Institutional Sales, Portfolio Investment Advisory etc;
Location : Mumbai. (Work from office)
Division: Institutional Equity Sales
Education : Must : CA / Tier 1 MBA / CFA
Minimum Experience : 20 years
Totally responsible for Generating the new growth for the Institutional Equities business vertical of the client.
The ideal candidate would be a senior professional within the institutional broking industry, with at least 20+ years of experience in broking and institutional sales, with an established network across domestic institutions and FIIs.
Candidates coming with IB experience in ECM will be strongly preferred, as the role gives an opportunity to work with the IB business as well, given the groups diversified interests.
1. Responsible for the development of new and existing institutional client relationships (FIIs/Domestic FIs)
2. Must have experience in the Design and execution of business strategy and business plans for the expansion into new markets
3 Leadership and guidance to all the related business functions.
4. Cultivate relationships with CEO/CIO, fund manager, institutional portfolio managers of domestic and foreign institutions
5. Collaborate with MD & CEO and top management stakeholders to leverage the relationship network across the group
