Job description
- Developing and implementing strategies to grow the institutional business
- Building and maintaining relationships with key institutional clients
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with institutional clients
- Collaborating with other teams and departments to provide a high level of service to institutional clients
- Monitoring and analysing market trends and competitive activity and calibrating strategy as needed
- Owning the institutional business budget and meeting revenue and profitability targets of the company
Our ask:
- 10 years of experience in handling large corporates. Exposure to wellness products in desirable
- Hands on experience in business strategy and execution of growth plans
- Be a problem solver with keen focus on relationship management
- Bent of mind to think creatively, embrace change and adapt to new situations and challenges
- Ambitious and ability to work in a fast- paced environment
