Job:

- Responsible for managing the auto loan/credit functions of a large dealership of automobiles, construction equipments, and prime movers.

- To provide leadership and direction to a team of qualified professionals.

- The job involves evolving the credit policies and liasing with financing agencies/banks.

- Ability to maintain relationship with heads of financing agencies and banks and good interpersonal skills are essential.

- The position shall work closely with the top management and other senior functional heads.

Qualifications: Chartered Accountants/ MBA (finance)

Experience:

- Around 25 years of experience of which at least 10 years in a top management position handling similar responsibilities of a professionally managed large organisation.

- The ideal candidate shall be the GM / VP / CEO / MD of a finance company handling auto finance.

- Proven leadership qualities with strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills are essential.
