Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Head of Insights Sales Business. As the Head of Insights Sales, you will be responsible for leading and driving the sales strategy, growth, and profitability of our insights products and services. This is a leadership role where you will oversee a team of sales professionals, manage client relationships, and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy and Leadership:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet revenue targets and drive business growth.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and training to achieve sales goals.

- Set performance targets, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions as needed to meet or exceed targets.

2. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored insights solutions.

- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients.

3. Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and potential growth opportunities.

- Utilize insights from market research to refine sales strategies and improve overall business performance.

4. Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with the product development and marketing teams to align sales efforts with product offerings and promotional activities.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of client projects and delivery of exceptional customer experiences.

5. Reporting and Forecasting:

- Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.

- Develop accurate sales forecasts and projections to support business planning and resource allocation.
