Head Inside Sales (US Market)
Note: Candidates with Inside Sales experience with US markets only apply
- Manage and scale up the SDR team
- Motivate the SDRs to exceed KPIs through coaching, out-of-the-box creativity, and data analysis.
- Monitor and refine lead processes
- Continually work on optimizing pipeline qualified lead
- Identify target accounts and prospects and qualify them
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to maximize pipeline creation.
- Experience working with Salesforce, OutReach, or similar CRM
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or another similar prospecting applications
- Coach the global SDR team
- Provide SDRs with a coaching cadence of time management, objection handling, prospecting tactics, and active listening skills.
- Help hire & quickly ramp new SDRs with training, including product knowledge, buyer personas, competition, tools training, and plenty of role-plays.
- Works collaboratively with sales & marketing to increase sales results and productivity by optimizing and executing a full-funnel enablement program.
- Provide effective onboarding and training programs for SDRs.
- Strategize with sales and marketing counterparts on pipeline and prospecting initiatives to meet the company's objectives.
- Inform and support the SDR team with marketing data and ongoing marketing campaigns.
- Create and coordinate educational content, email cadences, pitch decks, and videos to support SDRs promoting marketing-produced campaigns and content.
- Pull intent-based segments from third-party technology for SDR to target via cadence.
- Tracks and reports on sales enablement content usage.
- Review and maintain metrics to ensure accurate management reports.
- Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the SDR team.
- Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders.
- Build a trusted relationship with SDRs.
- Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the enablement strategy.
- Maintain sales enablement software to ensure it is easily accessible and provides the capabilities sellers need.

Requirements:
- MBA or Graduate with relevant work experience
- 12-15 years' experience in a high-performance sales organization in enablement, learning, and development, or product marketing
- A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools, and training
- Experience with sales content management and learning management systems
- Able to build internal relationships with sales and marketing
- Knowledge of direct mail strategy and social selling tactics.
This is a GM level role and reports to the VP - Global Marketing. Salary will be approx. 35L max.
