We are hiring for "Head of Inside Sales" with a SaaS Startup based in Bangalore. Please find below mentioned job description:

Position: Head of Inside Sales

Location: Bangalore

Job Responsibilities:

- Owning the inside sales practice and outbound outreach processes within the organisation

- Owning the outbound driven lead pipeline.

This includes:

- Setting up the team and building a culture of retaining top tier talent

- Setting up processes for outbound lead generation that is in-line with global best practices

- Setting up research practice to find prospects and discover market trends

- Building and engine to grow the lead volume as per business needs

- Building and running a team of rockstar SDRs to ensure a healthy lead funnel of high value and high probability prospects

What do we look in you:

- Entrepreneurship, basically the ability to challenge the old methods and lead the company into new markets.

- Previous work experience and proven success as a inside sales leader / SDR team leader at an early to mid stage (seed, series A, B or C) venture backed company

- Proven success in setting up remote inside sales processes for international markets

- Ability to lead a team of high potential SDRs
