Position - Head- Inside Sales (1)
The company: This is an opportunity to build the Inside Sales team and process at a Bangalore based awarded start-up in its 4th year of existence. This is a bootstrapped one going quite strong.
My client is a SAAS company based in Bangalore, selling its Customer Support and Productivity product to customers across the world. It currently acquires all its customers through inbound channels, and is looking to invest heavily into building a high quality inside sales team.
Roles & responsibilities : They are primarily looking for a young and energetic inside sales person to head the Sales team. This person will form his/ her own team from the scratch, using the systems and products he/ she is most comfortable with. The role comprises of building a team, setting up of processes, growing the sales in US SMB market and subsequently expanding to global levels.
What we will be looking for in an ideal candidate:
1. The candidate should have experience in selling a product (not a service/consulting) of 5-8 years.
2. The candidate should have sold to customers in the US and be prepared to work in US shift.
3. Candidates with SMB selling experience rather than enterprise selling experience will be preferred.
4. Flair to do inside sales.
5. Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken - English)
Qualification: Graduation/ PG from a premium institute.
