Job Dimensions are as below:

- The success of this role will be measured by achievement against revenue targets and other key performance indicators on business development, optimization and continuity and subsequent goals to be defined

- Head- Inside Sales works closely with cross-functional teams including marketing and field sales leadership on programs designed to help achieve company revenue goals. You should be familiar with a deep understanding and experience in inside sales models as well as sales, marketing and operational concepts, practices, and procedures

- You will supervise a team of sales development managers, team leads, and sales development representatives who are responsible for creating qualified sales appointments generated through inbound and outbound prospecting. You will help facilitate the achievement of these goals by hiring and training employees; coaching them on their selling skills and help support their daily activities.

- This role will head up a growing team of Inside Sales Executives and Consultants across Business Development and Continuity and will be part of the Overall Senior Leadership

Essentials of The Role

- 10-12 years of Demonstrated experience building, training, handling, growing and developing a world-class sales team

- Demonstrated knowledge & expertise setting up of different inside sales tools, methodologies, technologies and customer relationship management (CRM) systems: SalesForce.Com, Insidesales.com, Discover.org etc.

Role Deliverables

- Effectively manage the sales cycle, including: competitive market research, lead generation, prospecting, qualification, business development, and closing sales with the Field Sales

- Build, Lead, coach and inspire the inside sales organization and create an environment and culture with a sense of urgency and accomplishment to exceed targets

- Describe, differentiate and position the value of our offerings, as well as conduct product demonstrations Create marketing presentations and content

- Collaborate on and execute the business plan to exceed agreed financial and non-financial targets ensuring Company becomes the primary Logistics Partners for Corporates

- Work collaboratively with Business Heads Leads for continuous improvement and roll out changes required in our Go-to-Market in an effective and timely manner

- Leverage business insights to drive business targets and follow a weekly/monthly governance model to review and drive forecasts, pipeline and related KPIs

- Communicate to Business Heads, to refine how we generate necessary customer interest, sales motions, including new product development, launches, promotion
