Job Responsibilities:
- Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing customers
- Proficient in identifying key decision-makers and managing a healthy relationship
- Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
- Work in collaboration with the sales and marketing team and update them with new sales opportunities and market information
- Build sales pipeline and source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails.
- Proactively prospect for new business opportunities within a specific set of named accounts.
- Achieve & exceed monthly and quarterly new sales targets
- Campaigning creation, tools management, measurement, and reporting skills are critical to success.
- Provide and present sales reports and data to higher management and other stakeholders
Job Requirement:
- 6 to 8 years of proven experience in inside sales
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- An ability to understand sales performance metrics
- Solid customer service skills & attitude with excellent negotiation skills
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Availability to travel as needed
- Master's degree in sales, business administration, and relevant field
