Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and driven Inside Sales leader to join our team. This role involves strategizing and conducting sales operations in IB schools globally, primarily focusing on virtual client engagements. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing sales processes from lead generation to closing, using various communication tools to interact with potential clients. More importantly we are looking at a 0-1 mindset and ability to define the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct lead generation and prospecting using online platforms, emails, and cold-calling techniques.

- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments and engaging communication to existing and prospective customers.

- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and respond promptly to customer inquiries.

- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.

- Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and create status reports.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

- Proven 5+ years of experience in an inside sales role in the ed-tech sector.

- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated and driven with a proven track record in sales.

- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.

- Comfortable in a remote or flexible working environment.
