Head - Innovation/Business Process Excellence

Must Have - Overall 18+ years of IT experience, majority in Telecom domain

- Recent experience of engaging with Innovation, R&D or strategy role for the organization

- Experience of working with global telecom operators in various capacities as solution design, architecture, business analyst and/or process designer

- Experience of working with multi-vendor scenarios

- Strong knowledge of telecom (preferably mobile) domain, e2e business processes and IT mapping of the same across BSS, OSS and Enterprise landscape

- Strong experience of e2e IT delivery process, right from delivery planning to go-live in Telecom Domain

- Strong knowledge of estimation techniques, development and test quality benchmarks (KPIs), operations quality benchmarks (SLAs)

- Drive various aspects of innovation through strong leadership by example approach.

- Strong interpersonal skills, business engagement acumen and dynamic personality

- Experience of driving fast pilots and deriving outcomes

- Exposure to various development methodologies as well as solution frameworks

- Strong experience in quality standards such as ISO, ITIL, and CMM etc.
