Role Overview:

Seeking an experienced Head of Infrastructure Management to lead the Infrastructure Management division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of infrastructure services, driving revenue growth, and providing strategic direction to the team.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the Infrastructure Management division, including teams responsible for cloud services, network operations, system administration, and cybersecurity.

- Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and expand our infrastructure service offerings.

- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and business development teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

- Ensure the successful delivery of infrastructure projects, meeting quality standards and client expectations.

- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in infrastructure management to drive innovation and improve service offerings.

- Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.

- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.

- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

- Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining profitability.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

- 20+ years of experience in infrastructure management, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.

- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and delivering successful infrastructure projects.

- Strong technical expertise in cloud computing, networking, systems administration, and cybersecurity.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

- Experience working in a client-facing role, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans, including budget management and resource allocation.
