Head - Infrastructure Operations - Telecom (12-17 yrs)
We are looking for head - Infra Ops for one of our key Telecom client
- Managing Operations of the mission critical Private Cloud (Software Defined Data Centers) across 14 countries, 14 Primary Sites and 12 Disaster Recovery Sites
- Deliver IaaS, MWaaS, DBaaS, Backup as a service to internal and external clients
- Supporting Tenants as well as external tenants on Cloud
- Delivery various technical and business SLAs to the internal and external Customers
- Manage updates, upgrades, security, compliance of the internal cloud
- Manage Cloud Operations Center, Capacity Management, Incident Management, Change Management and other service management processes
- Indirectly manage onsite resources and onsite spares
- Manage MS partners, Hardware and Software OEMs
- Drive implementation of Automation towards zero touch operations and Advanced Monitoring Tools
- Drive Continuous optimization and continuous improvements
