Practice Head INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT Services

Job Responsibility:

- Develop and Deliver 24X7 services

- Responsible for managing a group of Managed Services Leads and Engineers, and executing Managed Services engagements with several customers.

- Handling, both internal management/leadership position and customer-facing engagements (i.e. Service/Engagement Management) role.

- One Point Contact for Managed Services Engagements for all customers (for problem and change management and upkeep of the remote infrastructure as per the SLA agreed upon), and responsibilities include providing consistent operational metrics and proactive guidance to the customer for their IT infrastructure.

- The Managed Services that are in scope of this position’s responsibility would typically consist of data networking (routing, switching, wireless, WAN, etc.), Voice Networks, Cloud infrastructure, Microsoft infrastructure services (Active Directory, Exchange, etc.), Mobility (BYOD), Infrastructure related to EUC , storage (SAN, NAS, etc.), virtualization (VMware, Citrix…) …etc.
