As the Infrastructure Head, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing our organization's infrastructure to ensure it supports our strategic objectives and business operations effectively. Your responsibilities will include: Some of the key responsibilities will include: Strategic Planning and Management: - Develop and execute comprehensive infrastructure strategies aligned with organizational goals. - Manage physical facilities, technology systems, budgets, and resources efficiently. Team Leadership and Collaboration: - Lead and motivate a high-performing infrastructure team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of infrastructure initiatives with business objectives. Security and Compliance: - Implement and oversee security measures and protocols to protect infrastructure assets and data. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to infrastructure operations. Vendor Management and Partnerships: - Evaluate, select, and manage external vendors and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effective solutions. - Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners to support infrastructure needs and initiatives. Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity: - Develop and maintain robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans to mitigate risks and ensure uninterrupted operations. - Conduct regular testing and simulations to assess and improve preparedness. Reporting and Documentation: - Generate regular reports and analysis on infrastructure performance, expenses, and key metrics. - Maintain accurate documentation of infrastructure configurations, procedures, and policies.
