1. Job Purpose : The need for this job and its contribution to the overall mission/objective of the organization. To coordinate and deliver a feasible working environment to conduct the business through branch launch, branch expansion, renewal, and maintenance of premises and facilities by managing the vendors, contractors, local regulatory authorities and delivering value for money spent. 2. Primary Accountabilities : A. Manage the branch launch activities B. Manage budgeting and approvals for branch launch/expansions C. AMC renewals and assets maintenance D. Premises management for lease/rental renewals E. Updates to Senior Management on project status/maintenance 3. Skills and Knowledge : 5a. The minimum acceptable proficiency for this job. a. Excellent knowledge of systems and infrastructure b. Abreast with the regulatory requirements and policies in the organisation. c. An eye for detail and understanding of the stakeholders' requirements. d. Good communication skills. e. Proven abilities in analyzing, planning, and executing. 5b. Educational Qualifications - Graduate in any discipline or diploma in Civil / Electrical Engineering.
