Head InfoTech - Market Research Analyst

Job Location: Hyderabad

Exp: 2+ years experience

Proficiency: Excel & Analytics, Financial modelling, Strong research capabilities

Qualifications:

- Engineer / Economics/Maths/Statistics background / MBA or equivalent practical experience

- Min 2+ years of experience As Business Analyst in a product development research setting / Mid Tier VC

- Track record of demonstrating excellent command of research questions within a given domain and of technical tools for the analysis of data within that domain

- Previous experience driving research programs that have had a lasting impact on product and design decisions

Role & Responsibilities :

No silo into one vertical, business needs cut across functions that include Product, Marketing (Acquisition and Retention), business development (potential M&A opportunities) and strategic alliances/partnerships for the business

- Daily tracking of reports which include marketing (retention and acquisition) data, business revenue data, customer support reports, customer appreciation reports, product improvement reports

- Prepare internal reports for the CEO and Manager based on this data to monitor progress on a weekly basis

- Work on presentations and submissions to the board and external agencies based on business needs

- Research on other games and gather intelligence on competitors and make submissions on product improvements (for all the company's businesses) and business advancements

- Research and take forward leads for new business opportunities (small ticket M&A) and brand alliances/strategic partnerships (from a marketing/branding point of view)

- Monitor the progress of the customer retention team and also think of ideas for improving customer experiences and retention
