Description - Head of IT India drive success for India to meet business goals by engaging in business strategies, and aligning information, technology and digital as a key driver of business success and transformation of health care in India.

Client Details -

Our client is a leading pharmaceutical MNC having operations across the globe. Listed on one of the most famous exchanges around the world, the are one of the largest contributors for Research & development in the pharmaceutical industry.

Description -

- Reporting to the CFO of the organisation and dotted line to APAC IT Head, the ideal candidate would be responsible for partnering with the India business and deliver world class business and digital solutions.

- Lead in digital strategy development and execution with strong external and industry acumen and network.

- Development, mentoring, coaching, and inspiring a high performance, engaging and cohesive team environment.

- Strong contribution to the India Leadership Team and APAC IT LT.

- Manage vendor and service provider relationships, costs, licensing and related activities.

Profile -

- Minimum 15 years of overall work experience with more than 5 years of leadership experience and proven track record of running high performing environments in multiple technical or business domains.

- More than 3 years projects and delivery experience.

- Ability to partner, engage, and influence senior leadership and partners.

- Preferably from Pharmaceutical/Health care background
