Description : 

- Provide strategic and operational direction in the design, development, installation and support of information systems and technology to ensure the company's continued growth and success thereby defining the future vision for the company's technology architecture.

- Overall responsibility for the direction and management of the company's technology function.

- Management of multiple information and communications systems and projects, including ERP, Lab information management system (LIMS) and its integration with various lab equipment and automation, human resources management systems (including attendance re coding systems) other systems like voice, data, etc.

- Will be responsible for the IT hardware requirements of the company including disaster recovery planning.

- Build the information technology (software and hardware) team. Attract and retain talent; do design and development methodology as long term custodian of engineering assets created.

Profile : 

- 10-15 years of progressively responsible IT management experience is required, with at least 5 year's senior level IT management experience, ideally in any B2C industry.

- Experience working as a CTO in start ups or experience working with promoter driven organisations.

- Team player - to be able to closely work with internal functions including finance, operations, human resources, marketing and ability to build technical teams.

- Strong managerial capability of managing software, equipment and implementation vendors; project management experience is preferable

- Experience with distributed operational footprint across multiple geographies; ability to provide information technology support as the business scale up happens

- Experience on both IT hardware and software domains; experience with new age technologies including cloud, SaaS, mobile/tablet applications, online payment systems

- Strong and recent ERP or similar scale implementation experience; should have managed the end to end process right from selection of ERP tool to implementation vendor to managing the execution

- Experience of integrating multiple information and business systems with ERP; facilitating the process of building management information systems

- Budget management experience.

- Experience in designing &; managing software development products, including designing, modelling &; technical architecture.
