Location - Bangalore

The Head of IT will assume total responsibility of the IT and Digital strategy, architecture and management. This position will work alongside the top management and other function/department heads.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

IT Strategy & Operational Management:

- Lead and manage the delivery function - manage network and server infrastructure, ERP and various vendor services.

- Run the core enterprise systems for all the functions.

- Provide direction and advice regarding internal and external technologies.

- Ensure the technology team and platforms support the ambition and strategy of the company.

- Work with stakeholders to accurately assess business needs and the cost-benefit of meeting the needs with the appropriate technology solutions.

Digital Strategy & New Product Development:

- Acquire/develop new technologies in line with the content and commercial strategy.

- Work with advertising and brand teams for product innovation and delivery.

- Ensure that the organization employs cutting edge digital solutions.

- Balance the need for innovation with operational stability.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

- IT Management leader with at least 10-14 years of relevant experience.

- Evaluation and implementation of ERP (SAP preferred) and other enterprise applications in medium to large business environments.

- Proficient with leading development tools and languages for digital product development.

- Change management across large teams (50-100 members at least).
