Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the IT strategy for our Apparel division, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.

- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure to support manufacturing operations efficiently.

- Drive digital transformation initiatives, leveraging technology to enhance productivity, quality, and agility.

- Manage IT budgets, resources, and vendor relationships effectively.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and process optimization.

- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and data privacy regulations.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, manufacturing execution systems (MES), and supply chain management software.

- Expertise in IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud computing.
