Head - Information Technology - Manufacturing

Position: IT Head

Age: 42 to 47

CTC: 40 to 50 Lacs p.a

Qualification: B.Sc in Computer Science /BE/BTech/MCA/M.Sc

Job Specifications:

- Proven experience as IT Head or similar role

- Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications

- Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks etc.

- Experience in controlling information technology budget

- Excellent organizational and leadership skills

- Outstanding communication abilities

- BSc/BA in computer science, engineering or relevant field, MSc/MA will be a plus

Responsibilities:

1. TECHNOLOGY MAPPING: Scan & analyse tech trends in order to enhance current IT Skill sets & IT Infrastructure.

2. BUILDING PARTNERSHIPS: Identify, network with & source from key players state-of-art IT solutions/ applications in order to enable biz to meet their goals.

3. MANAGING SECURITIES: Design, deploy & validate security control systems in order to continually de-risk organisation from fraudulent practices & activities.

4. OPERATION EFFICIENCY: Design, monitor & conduct review mechanisms for comprehensive IT operations in order to ensure optimum IT performance results

5. TALENT & TEAM MANAGEMENT: Setting goals, conducting reviews & ensuring development of key talent in order to retain them & build leadership pipeline.
