Our client is one of the largest and the most trusted service brands in the Insurance industry. They offer life insurance solutions for individuals as well as groups. Their distribution network comprises of multiple channels like, Agency, Corporate assurance, broking as well as direct channels.

Job Description

- Set up and drive the IT strategy of the organization

- Design & deliver technology projects including implementation of financial technologies in an Insurance setup.

- Work closely with group technology function on common projects & responsible for great working relations with the group technology team

- Maintain and ensure business continuity plans, along with other operations

- Devising and setting IT policies and systems to support implementation of set strategies

- Lead digitization initiatives and own technology implementation of the projects

The Successful Applicant : 

- BE/ B.Tech in IT or Systems/MBA in Systems/M.S in Systems from top tier institutes

- 16-22 years of overall experience with at least 12-15 years in the Insurance industry

- Hands on experience of working and heading large scale IT projects

- Experience in core policy admin systems will be an added advantage

- Strong decision making and multitasking skills
