Designation: Head - IT (Global Role)

Division / Location : Mumbai

Administrative & Functional Reporting:CFO - GOLIL

Reporting in: All the IT teams across entities (@ 10 Nos)

Purpose & Overview:

The role impacts on the overall business strategy (short term & long term) by providing the IT leadership to create the differentiator & equip the organization to be future ready by tracking various trends in IT.

The role drives different IT plans/ initiatives across the global entities of the organization.

Major Areas of Responsibilities:

1. Plan & execute the IT strategy (Short Term & Long term) for the organization based on the technology trends & scouting the required technology in line with the business strategy

2. Identify & execute various IT initiatives/ plans including IT technology (H/w & S/w) & services (Partners), MIS/ Dashboards/ Data Management for the organisation

4. Optimise the IT infrastructure to support the business performance

5. Guide the implementation of Digital & Mobile application strategy to create an necessary impact on digital communication for the organisation

6. Focus on the Data security initiatives & policy implementation for the same across the entities along with IT risk assessment & management including the action planning for cyber security issues across the entities

7. Identify the IT capability needs and technology gaps across all the organisation entities and recommend solutions.

9. Formulate & implement IT compliance and user policy for all entities

10. Lead & manage the high performing team

11. Build strong business partner relationship within the organisation

12. Exceptional drive & ability to make the change management initiatives in the IT field a great success

Profile:

- Education: Post - Graduate Qualification in Computer Science/ Applications with at least 12 years of experience (out of which at least 5 years) in handling the entire gamut of IT function for a similar industry in a Global set up.

- Experience in working with High growth environment

- Excellent negotiation skills

- Excellent Financial awareness: P&L understanding to drive impactful plans with appropriate cost
