Head - Information Technology - Financial Services

Client:

Our client is a large financial services employer of choice and they are seeking a strong IT Program Management professional. The successful candidate will be a strong, competent, and will have a high degree of visibility amongst Senior Execs and be the go-to person for its IT strategy and building capabilities within the company.

Strategic Intent

The IT Head will be driving the IT delivery for the organisation.

Accountabilities :

- Member of Strategic Business Operations group to support key IT strategy projects roll out for the organisation

- Program Management - budget, schedule, quality, resources and productivity tracking by coordinating with key stakeholders involving Supplier Organisation.

- Providing Operational Support in rolling out Infrastructure Projects

- Supplier Management / Vendor Management - Supplier Performance review in terms of resourcing, spend, productivity, value adds for the spend, Contract review & approval, Operational coordination & approval

- Providing inputs for budgeting & capacity planning

Desired Profile :

- Management experience in Enterprise environments

- Strong track record in managing IT Vendors

- Experience in Banking / Financial services domain preferred

- Candidates from GICs / IT captives are preferred

Experience :

- 17 to 22 years
