We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the IT Head, responsible for overseeing all aspects of information technology within the organization.

Position Overview: As the IT Head, you will be responsible for leading and managing the entire IT function, including but not limited to mobile applications, website management, point of sales (POS) systems, IT infrastructure, SAP implementation and management, and IT security. You will play a pivotal role in driving technological innovation, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring the seamless functioning of IT systems to support the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives to drive growth and innovation.

- Collaborate with senior management to identify and prioritize IT initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and customer experience.

Systems Development and Integration:

- Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of mobile applications, website, and POS systems to ensure optimal performance and user experience.

- Lead integration efforts to streamline processes and improve data flow between different systems and platforms.

IT Infrastructure Management:

- Manage the design, deployment, and maintenance of robust IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services, to support business operations.

- Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of infrastructure components to meet current and future needs.

SAP Implementation and Management:

- Lead the implementation, customization, and ongoing management of SAP systems to support various business functions, including finance, supply chain, and human resources.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize SAP configuration and workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.

IT Security and Compliance:

- Develop and enforce IT security policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard company data, systems, and assets against internal and external threats.

- Stay abreast of industry best practices and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Team Leadership and Development:

- Build and lead a high-performing IT team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the IT department.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; master's degree preferred.

- Proven 15+ years experience in a senior IT leadership role, preferably in the retail or similar industry.

- Extensive knowledge of IT systems and technologies, including mobile applications, website development, POS systems, IT infrastructure, SAP, and IT security.

- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into IT solutions.
