We are executing a search for a Head IT role for a large Organization part of an Education Conglomerate.

Location - Bangalore

Role:

- Automation of Processes

- Anchoring digital health services

- Responsible for developing, implementing,maintaining, and monitoring information management standards and systems to support the healthcare delivery to the patients and dependents.

- Providing network infrastructure, IT Security, server maintenance, software deployments and likes

Responsibilities:

- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills

- Ability to act with a sense of accountability and urgency.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Proven ability to effectively and efficiently work within a matrix organization

- Team handling skills

- Demonstrated ability to incorporate knowledge of the market and competitive landscape into executable plans

Qualifications:

- Graduate in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Security, Information Assurance, HIT, HIT, or Health Informatics or related field of study or equivalence or a combination of education and hands on work experience equivalence will be considered.

- Minimum of 5 Years of experience in any of the previous Organization(s) at the same level or at one position junior

- Should be around 40 years of age
