- Responsible for smooth functioning of e-commerce platform.

- Testing and quality analysis of platform.

- Liaising with product team and ensuring product road map delivery from tech point of view.

- Lead different projects and innovation initiatives of e-business from tech implementation and delivery point of view.

- Lead improvement initiatives along with Product / UX/UI / webmaster on the website.

- Define website benchmarks, actively measure and analyse various website matrices.

- Coordinate the delivery of product improvement using agile methodologies.

- Coach teams on bug fixing, daily improvements and weekly MTPs.
