- Head of IT and Digital&nbsp; - Female Candidate (Diversity Role) POSITION SPECIFICATION :&nbsp; Position: Head of IT &amp; Digital Company: A Confidential Client in Retail Industry Location: Gurgaon REPORTING LINES: Hierarchical Supervisor - Dual Reporting to Managing Director &amp; CTO JOB PURPOSE :&nbsp; - This role is accountable for the development and implementation of overall IT systems and application to support the company and for the effectiveness and efficiency of the systems in providing reliable and useful management of information in all operational areas such as Supply Chain, Commercial etc. Responsible for the creation and establishment of organizations digital architecture. Acts as a partner to the business and assists in transformation to a digital platform. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Direct the formulation of IT strategy to achieve the most efficient and effective systems that support the objectives of the business - Provide strategic planning and management for IT infrastructure reliability efficiency and effectiveness - Drive customer responsiveness strategy and model to ensure the quality of service according to Service Level Agreement (SLA) - Ensure the establishment, control and manage all company IT infra architecture and landscape - Lead the Digital Transformation vertical directly. Work with Executives and digital partners in their digital transformation growth. Lead Digital Transformation programs by providing consulting, advising, and supporting the business units. Enable Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance and Merchandising teams to practice the digital transformation. - Identify and negotiate with providers of hardware, software, and services to achieve the most competitive edge. Liaise with the Procurement function to ensure competitive rates are negotiated. - Responsible for the overall IT budget and ensure the department utilizes funds in the most effective manner so that expenses are controlled irrespective of CAPEX/ OPEX. HEADCOUNT IN ORGANISATION: - 500 and expanding NUMBER OF SUBORDINATES: - Three direct reports and overall 10-20 EDUCATION BACKGROUND: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields with at least 6-8 years in management position COMPENSATION - Total compensation will be commensurate with experience, market trends and current salary drawn.
