- Deft in customer interaction & negotiation, creating & enhancing processes, quality assurance
- Proactive in assessing training & development needs and effectively aligning the programs with business objectives
- Strong problem-solving skills, confident decision making based on extensive experience enables effective solutions that positively impact customer satisfaction & operational costs
- Adroit to deliver contractual SOW (Scope of Work) at lowest cost & highest efficiency

- Organizing the structure of IT Dept
- Implementing IT process for smooth function of IT
- Maintaining a Control Point in Asset Management
- Managing Security Audit by Third Party
- Creating IT Security Policies
- Capacity Management of Server
- IT Budgeting
- KRA & KPI for team to achieve Business Goal and for building their future
- End User Support Management
- Vendor Management
- Providing training to IT Team
- Automation for Improvement
- Software License Management
- Server Backup Management
Job Timings - 6:30 pm to 3:30 am (Fixed shift)
Fixed Saturday-Sunday Off
