Head - Information Technology - BFSI

- Setting a vision for how technology will be used in the company and taking care of IT Infrastructure, Support function, Desktop support, IT and Cyber Security, IT Operations, Project and development delivery, IT Audits

- Ensuring that technological resources meet the company's short and long-term needs

- Collaborate with the customers to develop and implement automation and new age applications

- Outline the goals for research and development and Creating timelines for the development and deployment of all technological services

- Making executive decisions on behalf of the company's technological requirements

- Select and manage team and outsourced vendors who will implement the application and acting as a mentor to them

- Managing technology budgets and time frames

- Staying on top of technology trends and developments

- Ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards

- Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency

- Build quality assurance and data protection processes

- Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance

- Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage

- Minimum 16+ years of experience and must have proven experience as a head or similar leadership role for at least 5 years

- Must have exposure in managing and handling a financial institution or a fintech company's technical team

- Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy

- Advanced technological skillset and a demonstrated history with technology

- Exceptional team management skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication

- Ability to delegate efficiently

- Extensive industry knowledge with an eye towards the future
