Job Profile:

- Heat of IT was responsible for creating strategic plans & overall management of all IT projects. Run risk assessments, provide technology vision, leadership for development & implementation of initiatives.

- Streamlining of application and integration multiple Bank gateways

- Streamlining the business application and trading portal by analyzing the problem and issued reported by the clients and internal users. Restructured the team, completed audit process and identified the loops. Redefined the process to eliminate the loop holes. Upgrades the application version and minimised the customisation part for easier upgradation.

- The major task completed is multiple bank integration. Company tied up with Many banks for 5 in 1 trading facility where trading platform provided by Company and Bank and depository services by those partner bank. The project is deployed with all technical and operation process integration. Proper reporting, billing, fund processing processes were deployed. The whole operations were get timely managed. Initial deployment is successful without much issues.
