Head - Information Technology - Auto/Manufacturing/FMCG

1. Participate in strategic and operational governance processes of the IT domain.

2. Lead IS strategic and operational planning to achieve business goals by fostering, innovation, prioritizing IS initiatives, standardizing global business applications and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future IS systems across the global organization.

3. Develop and maintain an appropriate IS organizational structure that supports the needs of the business.

4. Drive IS departmental goals, objectives, and standard operating procedures as one Elevate Textiles Organization.

5. Identify opportunities for the appropriate and cost-effective investment of financial resources in IS systems and resources, including staffing, sourcing, purchasing, and in-house development.

6. Strong focus on developing and executing the Digital Roadmap in conjunction with key functional leaders (Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Operations, etc,)

7. Governance and enforcement of all licensing agreements within the organization.

8. Project Management - Project Management of various strategic IT initiatives across the organisation and successfully driving the same, including JD Edwards implementation(Mandatory Experience of JD Edwards 9.2),rollout and optimisation of business processes.

9. Information Security - Planning the Information Security Roadmap aligned with Elevate Global IS Policies and implementation of the same

10. Digital Transformation - drive Digital Transformation initiatives across firm, including B2B and B2C.

11. Disaster Recovery planning - review and monitor disaster recovery requirements of the organization, and communicate the status to management to ensure capabilities are aligned with management requirements.

12. Budget - ensure budget is aligned with organization requirements and supports infrastructure refresh schedules.
