- Responsible for Information Security, Business Continuity - Payment System, Information Security and Business continuity, IT Planning - IT Policy and Governance - IT Operations
- Key Responsibilities include establishing strategic direction to Technology Risk Management, ensuring Information Security system management & compliance, Strengthen IT Security Governance, Vulnerability Management, Enhance IT Security controls and Establish consistency with client company guidelines
- Responsible for performing Technology Risk Assessment of IT Infrastructure & Applications in India, Recommending necessary controls to mitigate the Risk and managing Risk Acceptance & Exceptions.
- Responsible to manage the various audits of client including General Inspection, Compliance, Internal Audit, and External Audit from Local regulators such as NHB etc.
- Active Participation Global Cyber Security Framework, Risk Assessment and Manage Cyber Security assessment & deployment for India Territory.
- Coordinate and cooperate with other IT and IT Security teams (local, global and regional) to ensure best IT Security practices and deliveries and a smooth interaction.
- Ensured work is conducted adhering to compliance, data protection and other regulatory requirements.
- Participating in yearly budget exercise for Information Security team, Tools & Consultancy. Ensure IT Security forecast of head counts and expenses are updated to IT Finance team.
- Responsible for Managing Vendors, Contracts and Negotiations for Information Security services & Infrastructure.
- Setting up of Complete Information and Cyber Security Infrastructure for client with Future Road Map including part of IT infrastructure
- Member of ORMC (Operations Risk Management Committee)
- Handling of all regulatory audits, requirements and necessary compliance
- Software license management and Compliance
- Information security regulatory compliance Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements of NHB and IT Act.
- Review the Information Security Governance framework on regular basis based on the changing technology and business needs and make necessary changes to the same.
- Drive technology security strategy for entire group of organizations
- Laptop encryption, laptop backup, IRM, SSO (Single Sign On), Security Operations Centre (SOC), Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing)
- Drive a security program for Core Business Applications.
