Head - Information Security

We have an Excellent opportunity with Noida based captive contact center for Head - Information Security

- Manage Information Security across various Business Units,including implementation of key controls in the areas of IT Security, Data Privacy, Physical Security, Logical Access Management, Security Awareness and Records Management.

- Establish and implement robust information risk management frameworks to enhance the security posture of multiple Business Units

- Implement IS incident management procedures, and be the contact for IS incidents across all Business Units.

- Develop and lead on structured, process driven risk assessment activities and testing.

- Manage Privacy related controls in a process during process transition

- Manage and develop Joiners, Movers and Leavers standard for all process in transition.

- Implement a robust information security awareness program. This includes rolling out acceptable usage standard/ guidelines and associated awareness process.

- Partner with internal stakeholders to build a strong culture of timely response to Info Sec issues / concerns

- Build and maintain positive engagement with key stakeholders and provide strategic advice on Info Sec planning and solutions

- Develop a highly motivated team and maintain excellent relationships with team to ensure achievement of business goals

Technical Skills

- Experience of coordinating the development, implementation, maintenance of a corporate-wide policies and procedures.

- Strong knowledge and understanding of data security / info sec principles and procedures.

- Strong stakeholder management skills across teams and upwards throughout organisations with strong personal impact.

- 10-16 years of work experience

- Engineering/Computer Science or relevant degree with proven experience in the information security. MBA preferred.

- Substantive experience gained in a financial services business.

- Knowledge of emerging regulations in Data protection and data privacy for Europe/ UK.

- CISA/ CISM/ or CISSP preferred.
