We are looking for electrical engineers (BE or diploma) who are into industrial sales for industries that have huge plants-steel,cement,automotive,pharmaceutical,fmcg,etc and selling their product or services to the electrical department.

1. Responsible for the achievement of monthly, quarterly and yearly SBU-wise Sales Targets

2. To provide inputs on sales strategy while Planning Month-wise initiatives to achieve the Sales targets.

3. To build the tendering business for the companyin Public sector and Private customers

4. To design and implement sales & distribution initiatives to achieve targetted expansion of customer base, in absolute numbers and in geographical spread.

5. Launch New products with Key customers and achieve Targeted Business from these new products.

6. To achieve targetted customer retention rates and improve customer user experience.

7. To increase revenue per customer in line with stated objectives.

8. To build multiple sales channels via partnerships with key stakeholders.

9. To keep overdue of the Organizations within norms and build up process for continuous improvement.

10. Implement and adhere to organization SOP and Processes and suggest changes as and when required.

11. To Design and implement CRM (customer relationship management) initiatives.

12. To operate sanctioned discounts on the products as per the company guidelines

13. Recommend new initiatives for improving margins.

14. Monitor and enhance ROI on travel cost

15. Ensure understanding of Roles & Responsibilities and KRA of team members and use Periodic Reviews/Assessments as a tool for building motivation and enhancing performance.

16. To effectively utilise and develop over time the existing Tech-based MIS of the company to increase team productivity and effectiveness.

17. To build an agile and motivated Sales Team through effective communication, strategic hiring and exemplary personal leadership.
