Job Purpose : - To promote the welfare of the employees and workers. - Maintain good labor relations in the organization. Responsibilities : - Implement people strategies by establishing functional accountabilities along with driving talent acquisition, compensation benchmarking, performance management, employee life cycle management, training and development, statutory compliances, safety &amp; health, succession planning, employee relations, talent retention and overall administration. - Work closely with the CEO and the executive team to develop &amp; execute human capital strategies that effectively support and enhance the overall business strategies. - Responsible for HR budget preparation and monitoring - Ensure recruitment within stipulated budget / sanction / timelines - Ensure timely and fair performance management for all employees annually, including confirmations as and when required. - Expertise in handling all Statutory compliances related to the operation of a Factory. - Relationship building with Directorate of Factories, Labour department, other related Government Officials, Local Police, local Administration and local Politicians. - Liaise with various Government Authorities such as: PF, ESIC, Factory Inspectorate, Government Labour Office, Pollution Control Board, Local Self Bodies, etc. - Ensure and implement proper disciplinary procedure in the Plant for smooth running of the plant, towards achieving Productivity and Quality. - Handling of Labour unions and experience in wage settlements. - Handling labour courts, legal matters, and disciplinary matters. - Maintain healthy Employee Relations for the smooth functioning of the Plant to achieve organizational goals - Maintain healthy employee relations, handle employee grievances and create a healthy and transparent environment. - Administer Statutory and Non-statutory welfare measures. - Effectively administer time office, regulate entry and exit of all employees including contractual workmen, enforce statutory compliance by the contractors for the workmen deployed by them in the premises. - Participate in Plant associated audits for HR activities. - Conduct Exit interview for Staff &amp; Operators Skills Required : - Strong leadership capabilities to work in a dynamic and fast growing environment - Strategic Thinker - Well abreast with latest Labour Laws - Strong interpersonal skills - Should read, write and speak Marathi fluently apart from fluency in English and Hindi
